> **Pros**: I found the overall agility of the platform exceptional. I was able to add new metrics to it as our business grew. It was also extremely user-friendly and Informed 365's service and help-desk was very prompt and helpful.

> **Cons**: Nothing I can think of as even integration with our existing systems was seamless.

> Up until using Informed 365 we were using other systems and spreadsheets. Our reporting was fragmented and it was very difficult for us to track key data.

It's easy to use and collates all the data in one spot allowing us to analyse all the information easily. We can also set up automated reports, follow up suppliers via automated work flows, score suppliers and create remediation plans.

> **Cons**: The software is constantly evolving with new features added all the time. I look forward to seeing how much more it can do in the future.

> **Cons**: I think variety of options on reporting models could be enhanced more to cater for different stakeholders; Integration with SAP would also help to ease manual reconciliations

> Keeping track of our supplier's compliance with Ampol Supplier's Code of Conduct is one of the main things that Informed365 was able to assist. we now want to deep dive with the data that we get and I can see more and more opportunities in making use of the tool with the improvements the Informed365 team is working on
