> **Pros**: Botgate is a fantastic tool for conversational marketing. It's easier for your visitors and customers to connect with someone and get immediate answers to their questions. I like how you can tailor your message for specific accounts and pages they're looking at. Also, one of the best customer service staff I've ever encountered\!
