The 'AI clear box' provided by the Rulex Logic Learning Machine orientates the domain experts in deepening the analysis process and guides the project towards the most valuable knowledge. The result is the generation of new knowledge and a very high speed in the discovery process: ten times faster than other artificial intelligence tools.

> **Pros**: The structure of the rules engine fits very well with an engineering mindset. Your calculation model can mimic your physical product and even have additional layers for abstract calculations. The WebUI and interface give the user quick feedback and provides a visual check before going through all the final processing. Having training available to  encourage/enable the customer to take on the development task is icing on the cake.

> **Cons**: Some workarounds were used because newer features were not implemented yet. D3 does continue to 
innovate and add features as the customers show need.

> The D3 team is extremely helpful in taking the customer through the early specification process to help define how it should be modeled for the final desired outcome. When you have ideas they listen and "imagineer" solutions, when you are not sure what you want, they provide you well thought out options.
