Great Product but expensive commitment

Pros

The set up was easy and straight forward. Support responded always super quickly.

Cons

I didn't like that we had to make a 12-month commitment. We don't need the service all the time.

Great product and service

The overall experience is amazing, we love superchat and it has made our work much easier and faster!

The possibility of sending campaigns to a very large amount of leads

Cons

It should be integrated with the functionalities of Pipedrive. Whenever you add a tag in superchat or in pipedrive, it should also be modified on the other platform

You've got to check out Superchat!

I often have demos of SAAS products and usually end up questioning what problem they are trying to solve or unimpressed by the system itself. Superchat blew me away with it's functionality, simplicity and potential. I was also very impressed with both the representatives I spoke to. The software works like a dream and I had an annual ROI within 24 hours of going live.

Pros

The onboarding was amazing, the system is so intuitive anyway though. It really has supercharged our chat!

Cons

There's not really anything I dislike about it, other than only offering 2 automations for free on the basic plan.
