CyberCPR offers an incident wizard that helps users create incident files and provides the ability to manage all incident response activities. Additionally, it allows team members to communicate with colleagues, save analysis results, compile data to create email reports, document notes and monitor task progress all through a centralized dashboard. 

CyberCPR uses an application programming interface (API) to facilitate integration with various third-party platforms via Zapier. The platform provides support with guaranteed response times and is kept up to date with the latest security patches and updates.
