Knowing that I own my technology/software gives me peace of mind as not only someone who does contract work on the side, but also has a company machine that I have to use for me daily driver. It is incredibly simple to use, even my less than literate users are able to now develop their own documentation outlines and have the IT team or someone else on their own team help to finish up the more technical side.
