> **Pros**: Ease of use and interactivity with outlook . Gives us a great dashboard on all activity and progress per assignment. Excellent ability to work as a CRM system that was not available in the previous software we used.

> **Cons**: Like all evolving platforms, we occasionally have a thought of something that can be improved and once suggested  to the provider and assuming it makes sense it is updated into the software - so this is very positive

> **Pros**: This platform is pretty much the most intuitive contact management software I've used. It's easy to us - no more day-long teaching sessions. It's not clunky either, because the the developers have listened closely to what users need. The integration of data from different platforms such as outlook and the adding of data and notes, including the voice dictation are game changers in increasing productivity rates.

> **Cons**: Not much really. I've just found it so intuitive to use. All systems have a few bugs when they are trying new ideas, but that's what's great about Ezekia. They try new functions, and continually improve something which already beats the more established competition. The developers respond very quickly for any fixes needed.

> Excellent. They listened to my insight and learning from specifying and implementing other platforms and have adapted Ezekia for the interim market.
