My free trial had ended was charged due to not canceling, as they state you need to do so if you wish to not continue. Since I had automatically gotten charged (due to me not canceling after free trial my fault), I figured I would use what I paid for. Oh meanwhile I had contact support and stated I wanted to cancel after my 3 months of paid subscription was done. Long story short I ended up LOVING the platform\!\!
