About Flodesk
Flodesk is an email management solution that helps businesses streamline processes related to email designing, workflow creation, content management, and more on a centralized platform. It enables staff members to create and embed multilingual popup opt-in forms across business websites and Shopify pages.
Flodesk allows team members to create emails with custom images, GIFs, fonts, videos, numbered lists, logos, and other template elements. With the built-in email analytics tools, employees can monitor sent emails, deliverability rates, bounces, unsubscribes, click-through rates, and overall customer engagement. sleek, modern, and can't wait to see what they roll out next!
I actually tried them a while back but left because there weren't as many bells + whistles as the other email system I'd been using. But after working with that old clunky system for a while, I came BACK to Flodesk. Because it's fresh, modern, sleek, and so EASY to use. It makes my brand look fresh, modern and with the times. And now I've got more people actually reading, clicking, and interacting with my emails.
Pros
It's sleek, modern, beautiful and easy to use. Drag and drop templates with lots of customization available, with a MODERN look. I can't emphasize this part enough. I actually switched over from another email system because while that one had more bells and whistles, it looked old and clunky. And when you've only got 3 seconds to capture someone's attention, Flodesk is a MUCH better fit. it's fresh, modern, and fits my audience so much better.
Cons
It's incredibly important to note that this software is still in BETA-mode. So there is a lot of room for growth/development, and it is close to getting there. My biggest wish is that there were landing pages available that could be used as stand-alone sales pages, and I think that is coming. For now, the landing pages are simple sign-up forms.

Increased my Audience by 10x!
I absolutely love Flodesk. It changed my entire view on the feasibility of email marketing for my type of business. Before Flodesk, email marketing felt overwhelming and almost like a waste of time. Now, I see how impactful it really can be -- especially as I create value funnels to share after speaking engagements. My audience has increased 10x!
Pros
What I love most about Flodesk is their commitment to listening to customer feedback and making updates to their product that improve functionality and accessibility. Not all companies are so eager and open to hearing feedback and Flodesk just feels more... human.
Cons
The only thing on my wish list right now is that Flodesk creates a mobile app in the future.

You get what you pay for
They don't give really any customer support. They just have online FAQ pages, no comments for further support, and don't take suggestions from users (THEIR CUSTOMERS).
Pros
Affordable compared to more robust programs.
Very easy to use, set up and customize.
Allows use of GIFS, basic segmentation.
GDPR friendly.
Allows you to set up VERY BASIC landing pages and automations.
Cons
Very limited in what you can do.
Cannot segment beyond the basics.
Cannot A/B test subjectlines, preview text, from text or anything I'd like to test to write better emails.
Landing pages don't size well on all screens. Layouts aren't that customizable. No instructions on image sizes so you have to do a lot of trail and error.

love love love. i use Flodesk for my weekly email newsletter and as landing pages within my workflow steps for downloadables!
Pros
i have no design skills so i LOVE that flodesk has beautiful designs already uploaded and they are SO easy to use and customize.
Cons
no cons :) it’s all so beautiful and i absolutely love crafting emails now

Found a gem!!
LOVE!!!!!!! So glad I found this email service.
Pros
I LOVE how I can customize already made templates for emails! I can style them to my brand and I love the way it looks! So glad I found this!
Cons
I’m a little unsure how to automatically activate these emails so it’ll send on its own once someone subscribes but I just recently opened an account so I know it’ll just take some getting to know the program.
