Better employee morale, higher retention, better employee health are some real good benefit of it. > > **Cons**: If it is used as uncapped PTO could lead to policy abuse by employees. A con for the employee is that it can become easy to “forget” to take a vacation because you are not focused on having to take it by a certain time. > > I have got what I was just required for my job.
