> **Pros**: The tool is easy to use for both employees and employer and it gave us great insights on the satisfaction of our employees. The customer service is great, easy to reach and they are willing to help you with any question.

> **Pros**: Door regelmatig middels een beperkt aantal vragen de tevredenheid van de medewerkers te meten, vraagt het per keer weinig tijd van de medewerkers. Het is niet zo’n papierentijger en tijdrovende vragenlijst als bij de traditionele mto. Als organisatie heb je constant een vinger aan de pols en kun  je na langer gebruik van Solkie ook trends gaan achterhalen. Je kunt ook beter sturen op de verschillende onderwerpen.

> **Cons**: Niet echt een nadeel wel een belangrijk aandachtspunt. Omdat je constant meet us het belangrijk goed na te denken over de frequentie van de vragenlijsten. Verder is het belangrijk om draagvlak te hebben onder het management en moeten zij  het belang zien van maar zich ook verantwoordelijk voelen voor het regelmatig bespreekbaar maken van het mto op alle lagen van we organisatie. Op die manier is het mto voor iedereen en van iedereen inde irganisatie

> Ze luisteren goed naar de eventuele suggesties ter verdere ontwikkeling van het product en zijn altijd bereid om te ondersteunen.
