Videos took too long to make and we wanted something that we could use for our help desk as well. I discovered FlowShare last year, it was very easy for our team to adopt and start creating guides with FlowShare instantly, resulting in more time to focus on what’s really important - providing frictionless results for our clients. Anything more difficult than Flowshare would’ve been too much of a hassle, we needed something that we could implement in our busy workflow and with Flowshare we could create consistent how to guides in an instant.
