> **Pros**: This software provides a comprehensive tool for finances related to property management. It is easy to add/track expenses on both individual accounts and property accounts; it is also easy to generate reports such as income statements, ledgers, payables, etc. and export them (as Excel, Word, pdf files).  You can also customize which users have access to which accounts, which is another great feature.
> 
> **Cons**: The search features could be improved - sometimes you have to scroll a bit to find what you are looking for in a list of vendors, tenants, etc.
