> **Pros**: 1) The platform has extensive and fairly comprehensive features for customer engagement and support in relation to the needs of our company&#10;2) The platform is flexible and multi-channel which allows ease of integration with our software&#10;3) The team working on deployment has been the big differentiator and also the reason for us to choose Engagely over other options available. They have been flexible, extremely customer centric and have gone that extra bit to help us configure and deploy
