The AI listens to the visit and misses key elements of the history. The exam fills in as a text box. The diagnosis is often wrong and the plans are incomplete. > > Overall it is good, but it did not take long to realize that Scribe was no good. I tried to cancel the subscription. We love ModMed and wish they offered Cardiology so we could switch all of our practices over to just ModMed. We currently use it for Dermatology and Allergy \& Asthma. The practice management side is extremely user friendly. As I work on the Administrative side, I cannot personally speak for the Clinical side but our physicians seem to think it is user friendly and are happy with their purchase. > > **Cons**: Customer support could use some work.
