> O\&O Syspectr is an app based online that lets you connect with someone else's PC so that you can check for any problems and even fix them from afar. Set up an account (takes about five minutes) then send your acquaintance a small file to install on their machine. As soon as this is done, you get to see all the important stuff about their PC - and you can connect remotely to have a look and fix any issues. It will tell you over a simple UI if they have a security issue, software or hardware problem, or maybe they need to install a Windows update, and much more besides.

This technology is not just available for small groups privately. It can be used in companies and enterprises with any number of machines. Everything can be monitored, even remotely

> **Pros**: I Liked how the software did the management of viewing all devices with what is installed and hardware specs. Reporting of Antivirus, updates and OS installs.

> **Cons**: Unable to customize reports. Unable to email reports of all devices in PDF format. Unable to actually remote into the computer. The feedback is not live. It doubled  all computers on the Syspectr home page or control panel when I reinstalled a PC. Also showed the machine twice when it was renamed. Unable to delete multiple devices at once when I found many computers showing more than once. Deleting 400 computers one by one takes days. Slow interface on the management side. I have an 1th gen i7 with 32GB ram, 512GB NVME . 1GB internet speed and it was so slow to manage.
