I loved that I can create custom groups of attendees in the app, and this made networking at the event much easier.&#10;&#10;The whole process of creating and customizing the app is very intuitive.&#10;&#10;Attendees also loved and actively used the app before, during, and even after the event.  (Well, a high download and usage rate requires several emails and explanations from the organizer, but eventually over 90% of attendees used the app.)

> When we set out to choose a platform for our conference, we shortlisted three vendors. Nunify was the least-known of the three, but after the initial consultation with each, we knew Nunify was the right choice for us. Not only did they offer a solid product that met our key requirements, but they demonstrated that they cared about us and the success of our event and their pricing strategy was straightforward and easy to present to the team.&#10;&#10;Our decision was the right one. As a volunteer-run organization, things tended to get done when there was time. That led to a lot of scope creep, last-minute changes, and long delays. Throughout all that, Nunify's support was phenomenal. They patiently pointed out modules we could take advantage of, tweaked functions to meet our needs, and even implemented an expanded registration feature that was invaluable. We generally received support in well under 24 hours. With all of our internal uncertainties, it was a relief to know we could count on Nunify.&#10;&#10;We used Nunify for the event website, program development, sponsor promotion, registration and event mobile app. We were pleased to be able to present a professional-looking, branded platform to our delegates. From their standpoint, the experience was generally smooth. What pleasantly surprised us was how easily, quickly and prolifically the delegates engaged with the chat and social wall features during the conference. They truly helped connect folks before, during and after the event.

> **Cons**: As we are in the translation industry, it was slightly inconvenient that some text was uneditable. Additionally, the web app could look better; it can be challenging to convince some people to download an app.

> It was great working with Nunify. They replied promptly and went the extra mile. We are a small organisation, and it was great that we weren't forced to use all the functionality but could scale it down to fit our needs.
