She gives you feedback after each practice session which is really helpful to figure out points I didn't cover well enough, and how to improve my tone. As a manager on the system, I can see how each of my sales reps is doing and can drill into trouble spots, listen to their recordings, and put together a customized coaching program for anyone who needs it. > > **Cons**: Sometimes talking to a robot feels a little...robotic. It takes getting used to. But once you've done a few simulations you get the hang of it.
