Our Boards find it an easy system to use and the love all of the access they have. > > **Cons**: They make changes without warning and then you have to hunt and find and it's embarrassing when you are looking for something simple like a phone number and it no longer dislays on the owner' home page. Vantaca is missing a critical item which is recurring work orders. I have put in enhancement requests but never sure the anyone actually does something with the suggestions. Also changed the mobile app making it harder for our maintenance men to find their work orders. We've implemented numerous new Action Items that have significantly reduced the workload in our office, and the impact has been tremendous. > > **Cons**: As much as I love Vantaca and the improvements it’s brought to our operations, it’s still a relatively new system and there are a few areas where I see room for growth. One key improvement would be receiving real-time notifications when an email fails to send through the system. Currently, it's easy to miss those issues unless you're actively checking. With the increasing legal requirements around data retention and communication tracking, being able to easily locate specific emails sent to owners is more important than ever.
