Meta for Business Review
I would say it's an average experience. It gets the job done but doesn't wow me. For advanced scheduling I use a third-party tool (ContentStudio) rather than directly through Meta.
Pros
It makes it pretty easy to collaborate and connect to my client's Meta Accounts.
Cons
There are updates being made a lot and oftentimes links won't take you to the right spot and jump back to broken links or missing links.

A must have for online businesses
Pros
Perfect centralized platform for managing ads across Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger. I particularly appreciate its intuitive interface, which simplifies creating, managing, and analyzing ad campaigns. The detailed audience targeting options are impressive, allowing me to reach specific demographics with precision. Additionally, the analytics dashboard provides real-time insights into campaign performance, helping me adjust strategies quickly. The integration with Meta Pixel is also a major plus, Overall, it's a comprehensive tool for businesses aiming to enhance their digital marketing efforts.
Cons
While Meta for Business is powerful, it has a steep learning curve for beginners. The interface, although feature-rich, can feel overwhelming at times, especially when navigating advanced tools like Meta Pixel or A/B testing. Another drawback is the frequent updates, which sometimes disrupt workflows or require re-learning certain features. Additionally, customer support can be slow or inconsistent, making it challenging to resolve technical issues quickly. Lastly, ad costs can escalate rapidly without clear guidance, which might be a concern for smaller businesses with limited budgets.

It's simply a very bad tool overall
HORRIBLE. That's it! We just use it sometimes because our customers ask for it, but we try to avoid it whenever possible.
Pros
I honestly do not see many pros for this other than still having a lot of users inside Facebook and Instagram. Other than that, it's miserable!
Cons
The fact that menus are constantly changing. Multiple and unstable errors in multiple parts of the platform. "Robot like" answers from support (this is by far the worst support I've ever seen and I know many people that worked for their support that gave up because their managers were simply very bad so it's a top to bottom problem inside the company). It's unbearable the fact that I know one specific case where two accounts (one page and one personal profile) that were stolen and their automated answer was multiple times the same: "You have to login to your account and change your password." A stolen account and this is the answer to the original owner? It's just unbelievable. We had multiple cases where we wanted to stop a campaign and were charged more than what we initially expected. We had cases where we wanted to remove ourselves or customers from pages and there were multiple errors. We cannot believe how Meta Business can still survive honestly... other than the number of users, it's horrible their service.

Meta Business over all other Content Schedulers
Overall we prefer Meta Business to other content planners/scheduling platforms. Meta also prioritizes pushing content that is scheduled through their proprietary platforms (so this is also good for your content).
Pros
Meta for Business makes it easy to schedule content, especially cross platform Facebook + IG! My favorite feature is that I can change the copy of the caption for the same graphic being posted based on the platform it is posting too! It saves so much time!
Cons
Sometimes the platform experiences little glitches. Our agency has experienced issues with posts not publishing, or posting ancient publishing dates (one time a post published with a 1960's date stamp!!! Cannot make this up). The bugs have become less frequent but we still have check-in our clients content to make sure it is publishing properly!
Reasons for Choosing Meta for Business
Meta is much easier to use, and the algorithm prioritizes content from Meta over third party schedulers.Reasons for Switching to Meta for Business
Meta is a free product and has actually developed more advanced features over the years - like their analytics! While bugs still exist, they have improved!- Industry: Consumer Services

A well mapped program!
Used several of the metaphor business features integrated with other programs and was very happy with it
Pros
Tons of features all in one program! Efficient! Yeah, I think we do like 568. What’s that that means like in a week will continuously start getting 100. Yeah cause they’re 25 or 15 and so if we do five a day in about a week, we’ll start getting five a day paid.
Cons
I had a few issues with linking payments, but got it figured out

Meta For Business
I do think it is a way to expand your client viewing. So I am not opposed to the different ways to expand the business.
Pros
The ability to reach clients and customers that we would not normally come in contact with.
Cons
In the beginning the payment method was hard to change. I tried to change credit cards and had to go through too many steps to make it happen.

You'll end up using it, what can you do.
It's unavoidable for many businesses, but we are yet to see good returns on our investments so far. Maybe it's simply not the right fit for our business but we'll keep trying for now.
Pros
One of the best ways to reach a large audience, there can be great opportunities if it's a good fit for your use case and you know what you're doing.
Cons
Very complicated menu structure which constantly changes, lots of technical and other errors on many of the features and pages. Meta will always find a way to spend your entire budget, whatever the case is.

It's a need if you want to improve your business
I am satisfied with the results lately, but it's hard to work on it. Sometimes it takes too long to load the features. There are some features they have changed that it's not good for Local Business, but on the other hand, the campaings work better than 2 years ago. Their advantage plus option is very recommended nowadays.
Pros
It works fine, because it has a lot of audience. Besides, the Advantage plus is working really fine after a few years using it. Meta is working good to auto-optimize the campaigns we work on.
Cons
It's very slow to work in it. It changes too quickly and sometimes it's hard to find the features we need. Besides it would be nice if it shows better reports of the actions and campaings.

Great Software for Social Media Marketing!
Overall, the experience has been great, even though there can be a few glitches. For the number of enhancements and productivity this software provides, it needs better and more consistency in updates.
Pros
This software is excellent, easy to use, and streamlined across multiple accounts for our program. We have been integrating Meta for a while now since we discovered how much data is presented on our engagement and marketing strategies to our audience!
Cons
It is hard to navigate how to merge social media accounts so content can be shared on both platforms. I have looked up numerous "how-tos" and community threads. Even though I have taken all of the correct steps, it is still unsuccessful.

Meta at its best
Pros
This is a great tool for reaching your audience and marketing to the right people. The set up is ease for getting a page ready to run. Posting is great and can be done on multi-platforms all at once. The planner is a convenient way to keep on track.
Cons
The cost to run the actual ads can be pricey. The schedule posting should go more then 30 days in advanced. The initial layout for the suites can be a bit confusing.

More of a 'should have' than 'must have'
Overall, a presence on Meta nowadays is almost an unwritten rule of any business, however I would not recommend managing it yourself unless you have prior experience with the platform. It has awful customer support that will either advise you cannot do things or just send you the link to the closest matching FAQ (IF you can actually get a hold of their support, that is). Even if you do take on the challenge, you could end up spending a lot more than you need too due to the complexity and vagueness of the pricing. That being said, if used effectively, Meta can be one of the most powerful marketing tools you can get utilise, it just has to be used correctly.
Pros
Meta for Business provides possibly the largest exposure for customers possible, however it can be quite difficult to use and costly to use effectively.
Cons
The sheer complicated factor of Meta combined with it's almost useless customer support mean it's almost impossible to get help using the product, and is one reason why third party social media management companies exist in order to do this for you. Unless you have experience using this product, you almost certainly will not use it to it's full potential.

Meta for Business
Pros
I love the convenience Meta for Business creates for my small beauty business. I can see everything I need, in one place.
Cons
One thing that wasn’t simple is setting up my catalog to add products to my online shop. It was difficult to locate certain pages needed to access the catalog itself. Eventually I found it all to set up, but it was time consuming.

Meta Review
Pros
I love the scheduling options for Meta. It's easy to schedule posts and now stories for both Facebook and Instagram. I'm a huge fan of the scheduling piece.
Cons
Two cons I have are:
1) You can share media/news articles. This is crucial for spreading awareness for causes and issues.
2) When you schedule for stories, you cannot tag other accounts, so you have to do it afterwards.

It Doesnt Make sense NOT to have it in todays environment
Pros
It is a no-brainer. If you're a business of any kind you NEED to have META. Whether you like it or not, it's the biggest marketing platform there to manage the online presence of your business. It has a great tool set and has evolved so much since the "FacebookGO" days.
Cons
Customer service at Facebook is just bad. You have to contact them via chat/email... years ago you would have a rep with a number and it was great. If you miss an appointment with them for any of your business review, they just leave you hanging forever it seems.

Pros

Cons
I've noticed an uptick in phishing emails warning that policy violations have occurred. I'm not sure what can be done about it. I realize this is a real problem that is not limited to just Meta.
