But during the meeting with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], all the case scenarios I submit to him, he showed me how to solve these: for example how to make a business proposal using "estimate" feature, or how to copy/paste the link of an invoice into the browser so the client can process a purchase using credit card or Stripe or PayPal \& much more... There's even new features like project management that we didn't even have enough time to talk about, but I will play around to discover it. And if I'm stuck \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] told me to reach out to him for help or feed back. When I finally decided to go a different direction out of frustration with trying to get their program to work, I requested a refund.
