I really like the system... but if I have to name the thing I like least: When I enter a leave requests, I can't just choose a date, there is a roll down that comes up that makes it that I can't choose the date I want. I just choose any date to be able to go change it afterwards the the date I really want. Also, we still can't link our HR/payroll system to our scheduling system; we are using DayForce - Ceridian. > > I've been working with it for over 12 years and I find it very user friendly. It's easy and quick for our team to log on and they appreciate the real-time updates and notifications when changes are made to their schedule. It supports SSO and met our organization's IT security requirements. Once a schedule is entered it is easy to update/move shifts. The templates and custom options for repeating shifts are helpful. > > **Cons**: Humanity is fairly customizable, but I hope they update some of the interface in the future. For example, to change a shift time you have to toggle through a list of times rather than just being able to type the time quickly. The options to edit multiple shifts at once are very limited - for example, if I want to change the name of several shifts after they're created, I have to do this individually by hand. For repeating shift series, there is no option to extend the series indefinitely. > > Overall, it has been an improvement for our team to be able to see the schedule and updates in real time. The product has a lot of customizations/rules that allowed us to mold it to suit our needs.
