> **Pros**: While not using Identifix for a very extended period of time (less than 6 months), our service department was very impressed with the product. The main functionality we used the product for was service work diagnositic estimates and recommendations. We would use another product, Mitchell1, and used Identifix synonymously to verify issues with vehicles. We were very impressed and the two products worked well together. Technicians can do a great job of imputing their own fixes into Identifix in order to verify concerns.

> **Cons**: Identifix does not update as frequently as other products, and they have not changed their user interface in some time. Because technicians can enter their own fixes, sometimes the interface seems antiquated and jumbled.

> We are impressed with Identifix, and would recommend it be used, along with one other diagnostic finding tool, in order to be the most accurate in service shops.
