> **Pros**: Seamless makes finding and connecting with the right leads genuinely fast. The search filters are solid, and pulling verified contact data takes almost no effort once you know what you're doing. The user interface is clean and straightforward, so the learning curve isn't steep at all. Most people can get comfortable with it within a day or two. For sales management, it helps you stay organized by letting you build targeted prospect lists without the usual manual back-and-forth. It works well for email marketing too, since you can pull contact details and plug them straight into your outreach workflow. Overall, for what it does, the value is reasonable if you use it consistently and strategically.

> **Cons**: Data management is where it gets a little shaky. Not every contact entry is accurate, so you still need to verify details before reaching out, which adds an extra step. > **Pros**: Nothing.  The tool didn't work for us. We tried to cancel before the renewal date, and they locked us in for another 12 months for a product we haven't used in 6 months and don't want.

Our results with Seamless.ai were poor, and the “intent” search never worked like a real person would use it—even after hours with support.Miss their \&gt;60-day cancellation window by two weeks and you’re auto-renewed for another 12 months—which is exactly what happened to us.

> Seamless.ai failed us on two fronts: product and posture. On product, results were underwhelming and the vaunted “intent” search was practically unusable; we spent hours with tech support trying to make it behave like a tool for humans, not a robot, and got nowhere.&#10;On posture, it’s worse. Their terms require canceling more than 60 days before renewal; miss it and you’re auto-renewed for 12 months. We missed by two weeks—and they refused to help. Repeated, explicit requests to cancel were met with the same tone-deaf script to “give it another try.” This is customer retention by contract, not by value. I could never recommend this company to anyone. If you want clarity and respect, go with Surfe—straightforward pricing and no lock-ins.

The Chrome extension is genuinely useful when working on LinkedIn, and list building feels straightforward without much of a learning curve.

> **Cons**: The biggest drawback for me is the credit limit, which can get used up faster than expected if you’re doing bulk outreach. Not every contact is 100% accurate, so I still double-check important leads. Also, some features feel a bit locked behind higher plans.

> **Cons**: I have personally not found any cons while using Seamless, maybe the only thing i can complain about is the fact that even though my searches are mainly in South Africa, it still add USA leads in even though I never add USA
