Calabrio is amazing!

Pros

It is very smooth, clean and easy to use. With my call center job, this is the best scheduling system I have ever used, for sure!

Cons

I think the only think of is that it can be slow when trying to change my breaks, but it's not a huge issue.

Calabrio ONE is awesome

I've worked with Calabrio before, and this is definitely the easiest and most useful version of Calabrio yet.

Pros

I love the fact that we can move segments of our schedule around on our own, which leads to better adherence.

Cons

So far, I haven't found anything to dislike about it.

Don't do it

The last program we used had a remind pop up in front of all of our other programs that was 14 minutes till break or lunch. We could either snooze it for 1 minute, 5 minutes, or 10 minutes or just hit ignore. Calabrio does not do that so I have to set an alarm on my phone and when it goes off it interrupts my calls because I'm not going to change the volume from my morning alarms. It's very inconvenient and if I had my own company, I would never use Calabrio

Nothing at all. I wish our company would switch.

5 years of using TeleOpti (both as an agent and as an operations manager)

Pros

Quick schedule changes, all sorts of reports, and connecting TeleOpti to PowerBI.

Cons

What's missing is a "select everyone on shift today" button

Pros

Cons

Super Effective

Support to help you grow

Pros

I love that Calabrio can be an all-in-one resource for WFM, QA, and Call Recording. It allows us to create custom dashboards, reports, and visualizations to help our teams better understand their performance and data.

Cons

The piece that I like least is the complexity within the version that we use to create the custom reports. While it is more challenging the support we have received from the Calabrio team has been amazing.
