best recruitment tool I've ever used, highly recommended and very easily implemented from technical point of view
Pros

interview templates are a big plus

Cons
reports are not fully customizable but this is only a minor issue, as the existing reports are sufficient to me

Jobtoolz has potential, but still a lot of work to be done
We took Jobtoolz because it was integrated with Officient. Jobtoolz has a lot of potential but there is still a lot of work. We are missing some pivotal things to say that this is the optimal tool for us.
Pros
Jobtoolz is very user friendly. You can find your way easy trough the software.
Cons
The data you get out of Jobtoolz is really not sufficient. For me this should be a big priority.

Great ATS and very easy to work with
Very satisfied with Jobtoolz. It's very easy to use it. Very adaptable. Quick customer and support service.

Some features that we would like having are missing (for example Thumbs Up, Thums down if we like/dislike a profile or ability to delete several candidates at the same time)

A convenient and time-saving ATS system for both HR and hiring managers
Pros
Jobtoolz is a very user-friendly ATS system that has greatly improved efficiency and communication within our company. The platform offers good value for money and is ideal for small to medium-sized enterprises. The customer service is also excellent; there is always a Jobtoolz colleague ready to help you with technical issues or any other questions.
Cons
There are still a few areas for improvement that could further increase the added value of the tool. For example, it would be very useful if CVs were automatically screened for criteria such as degree and years of work experience, so that candidates could also be filtered based on these aspects. At the moment, this still has to be done manually, which is very time-consuming and therefore not something we do.
