For a secure system, CoreOne Suite Audit Trail logs any changes and updates to any user's account and allows administrators to generate reports and export those reports to any external software. It also delivers extra features in IT Operations Management which is a perfect fit. I really appreciate the approach of IT Sense how they develop their product. They are very customer oriented and they really gather feedback from their customers. The feedback is then later implemented in the software. Also customization is possible. The support is pretty good. You have a direct contact with an employee and they respond pretty fast. > > **Cons**: There is no real Con about the CoreOne Suite, only the pricing could be more clear. Sometimes you have to buy an extra module to use a function.
