> The free version of Tribe365® consists of a daily sentiment pop up allowing the end user to click a button to select an appropriate reflection of how their day has been. The interaction aims to be minimal intrusion on the end user and maximise data completion giving an organisation confidence it is getting as accurate a picture on a daily basis as to where team sentiment is.

The app allows teams to reflect on daily, weekly and monthly data to better understand if they are in a good place and have discussions to try and bring things to where they need to be to keep sentiment as positive as possible.

With this tool teams can truly know whether teams are happy or not.

The paid version in addition to sentiment index, has offloading (facilitating risk registers and psychological safety), Vision Map (making the vision, mision, focus, values and beliefs more tangible), Kudos (allowing users to positively reinforce the company values) and organisational studies (Team Roles, Personality Type, Motivation, Diagnostics, Culture Structure and Tribeometer)

> **Pros**: It is a tool which is very easy to understand and use. With that, it provides daily notifications to know about your day in the workplace.

Various types of surveys help organization to know more about their team and employees in a better way.  

This tool is like a bridge that builds a strong connection between organizations, teams and individual which ultimately improves the work culture.
