> **Pros**: We are able to capture data from multiple data sources per the businesses need. Dataparser provides integration to a huge range of data sources. The service provided by the support team at 17a-4 in initially assisting with implementation and continued support with the product is second to none. The knowledge and also affability of the 17a-4 employees from first line support, to engineers and even developers is first class.

> **Cons**: Its hard to pick too many cons with the product. The main issues which we encountered when implementing on certain modules (data sources) was attaining the token initially, but the support attained from 17a-4 quickly helped us through these problems.

> Overall this is a product (and company) which I would recommend greatly. Dataparser integrates flawlessly with our data sources and our archival system. Issues and outages are dealt with effectively and with great urgency at all times. I can't commend their support enough.
