Merchants using Coinbase Commerce can accept payments in cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, DAI, Litecoin, USD Coin, and Ethereum. Teams can use a seed phrase, a sequence of 12 words, to access cryptocurrencies received and sign blockchain transactions. The cloud backup feature enables users to store the seed phrases in a Google account. Additionally, merchants can receive webhooks notifications every time a payment is made. Coinbase Commerce offers an API, which allows users to integrate the platform with several third-party applications, including eCommerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce.
