> **Pros**: I'm a small, bootstrapped business that doesn't have the institutional knowledge or knowhow to handle things like NDAs \& joint agreements for bringing on freelancers and part-time support to scale my software business. PlainVanilla made it \_incredibly\_ easy to handle this: I budgeted around two weeks of time to get an NDA countersigned and executed and using PlainVanilla it took me a grand total of two hours from signup to completion.

> **Cons**: I had some confusion about the difference between a "draft" contract and a "real" contract, but the PV customer support rep cleared up the difference very quickly.
> 
> If you're an operation that needs to scale quickly and you don't want to deal with the hassle of redlining and figuring out eSignatures and everything yourself, you can't choose better than using PlainVanilla.
