> PLANTA Project is a project management software which supports companies in the initiation, planning, and controlling of their projects, proposals, and project ideas. In an integrated system with uniform surface, project managers can plan tasks, dates, and budgets and assign resources. Bottlenecks and free capacities are clearly displayed, so that persons (also by skills), machines, rooms, etc., can be planned optimally for all company projects. 

Milestones can be monitored with prognoses and planned-actual-comparisons, just like the entire project progress. Multi-project features also enable the controlling of projects in programs. The integrated risk management allows for an early identification of risks and opportunities which in turn helps to make a decision in the project portfolio.

The central dashboard provides reliable information on the current status in the project. Hours worked and absence can be recorded by all project team members in their individual view and are immediately incorporated in the further planning. This provides clarity on the project status in terms of dates, resources, and costs for all projects in the company.

Flexible price and license models are offered, e.g. monthly licensing as SaaS system or on-premises.

> **Cons**: Erreichbarkeit von Planta und Mitarbeitern. Termine und Zusagen werden teilweise nicht eingehalten, Kommunikation erschwert. Auch die Benutzerfreundlichkeit empfinde ich als  sehr kompliziert.
