The team is available any time and when you start onboarding you get a dedicated manager which really helps a lot. They also think about everything so if you are running a complex e-commerce system they really have a lot of integrations out of the box and most can even be connected through API. > > **Cons**: The initial technical side onboarding documentation can be a bit confusing and the overall onboarding structure and onboarding steps can be a bit overwhelming but they seem to have improved this. There was a bit of back and forth when we started BUT then all the pieces clicked together.
