Unlike other tools, you have the ability to generate new fresh prospects as needed, a functionality that is usually reserved for more expensive tools. Setting up templates and creating sequences is easy and fast, and navigating to what you need is easy with the built in filters. Perfect tool for growing small to medium businesses, and it's value priced. > > **Cons**: Although a tremendous overall platform for the investment, there are a few kinks that need attention. The reporting and analytics are sufficient, but could be better. When transferring prospects from one campaign to the next, there is a limit of 100 at a time to avoid bogging down the platform which can become cumbersome. They also have some limitations when you need to remove prospects completely, for example if the prospect is geographically tied to only one product and you don't want them in your other campaigns. The software has some issues when creating new campaigns with multiple templates in use. Creating new emails based off old emails or campaigns is not as easy and intuitive as it should be. Also, would be ideal if the system better integrated into CRMs to grab recipient data. Finally, I do get a relatively decent number of bounce backs and failed deliveries that do not seem to line-up with returned credits. > > Overall, I am not sold on cold email campaigns for my business, but I will say that Growbots seems competitively priced and featured.
