It has been around for a long time (I think close to 30 years) and has excellent US based support. This is one of the few softare solutions left where you can actually speak to a real person when you need help. Everyone I have had contact with at Sage has been great. > > **Cons**: There aren't too many things. The one thing is that there is not a good hosted (SAAS) solution for Accounting and Estimating. We use a ZTNA VPN and it works pretty well, but it is slower to open and perform some tasks. > > We have used it at our Company for close to 30 years. While we replaced the Accounting piece for a more enterprise capable system, we still use it for some of our smaller entities.
