About PageTiger

PageTiger is a cloud-based content management software that provides businesses with tools to create interactive content on a centralized platform. Professionals can design customizable content with predefined templates, fonts, icons, lock elements, buttons, Getty images and more. Organizations can link multiple documents to create an intranet, build submenus and include various interactive elements in the interface, allowing them to improve user navigation and experience. Great solution for sharing mixed media content

Since deploying PageTiger for a small use-case with small population, we have seen demand for the solution from across our business leading to a dramatic increase in number of licenced creators

Pros

Easy of use and access, coupled with the ability to create some complex and innovative documents

Cons

One feature that could be improved is the video linking option on interactivity, currently it has to be hosted on Youtube/vimeo to weblink (like many large companies we use difference secured video hosting platforms so currently have to either upload the video additionally to PageTiger, or get creative with some html to make them play in an iframe pop-up. Be useful to allow any media link

Awesome and professional tool

Fantastic! From all the questions answered when researching to the support we've got now live. I'd recommend this tool to anyone.

Pros

It's ease and simplicity - I have been able to set up documents myself ahead of official training. After training I was able to then see further functionality that will enhance our comms in the future.

Cons

Hmmmm - don't know yet - nothing so far - everything is so easy to use and they have some great additional features such as the video content generator (an absolute game changer as many of my colleagues are camera shy!)

Fairly easy to use, with simple layouts but comes with some restrictions

Pros

Layouts help get set-up relatively quickly. Having branding imbedded is great.

Cons

layouts aren't editable. Text font size is restrictive. Elements aren't flexible in their use - and restricts creativity.

Promoting our work - internally and externally

Very positive experience both within ellenor and in my last employment. Changed our approach to publicity, enabled work to be completed to a high standard within the team and reduced our cost for publications.

Pros

Easy to use, intuitive approach to design, brand cohesion and adaptable for a wide variety of resources.

Cons

Some page options are limited and it is difficult sometimes to choose the right option for our needs

Easy to use

I love it - its as simple as that.

Pros

I love that you can use a template or import a design from Canva and then add the interactivity.

Cons

Again as I have not been using it for very long, I would say how to bring images in I find quite confusing. But I am getting there. I am not sure if this is a thing, but are there any training courses where you can pick a feature you would like to use, rather than sit through the wrong thing?

Page Tiger is for everyone

Love using this product and always keen to learn more about it. The helpline online is brilliant but I would love to see proper good quality YouTube or other videos which are up to date and useful. This area is lacking at the moment.Overall, Page Tiger is amazing, saves time, is easy to use and wish I had this years ago when everything took forever to create. Now I have the best of both worlds. Ideal

Pros

It's intuitive and as a qualified graphic designer and typographer, it is simple to use and provides great "shortcuts" which would have taken me ages if I only used a well-known alternative software. With my knowledge, I can make stuff fit how I want it to look, so although Page Tiger can be restrictive to some, for me, it is a great helping hand which saves hours of work I would have to do with a world-class design brand of software.

Cons

Could do with a facility to easily 'spin' images as with curved arrows on the corners, as opposed to making several guesses in the crop image to get the degree of rotation right.Would like more shapes like arrows, etc and which can be perfectly manipulated in size and proportion - I ended up working in Adobe Illustrator or even MS Word to get my shape how I wanted it then imported as a png before superimposing text over the top. I would also like to have an 'eyedropper' facility as in other graphic programmes to select exact matches. The work around I do is to get the image in MS Word or PowerPoint, create a shape, use eyedropper from an image on that page, drop it into the shape then look up the hexcode which I copy and paste into Page Tiger. It's a faff but it works. Be grate if Page Tiger had that feature though.Given the time I could think of a few more on my wish list but I cannot see a huge fault at all.

Impact with ease

I've been using Page Tiger for over seven years now and in that time I've been able to create so many high impact documents with ease. From staff magazines, Christmas/thank you cards, financial results packs, guides, onboarding documents - the list is nearly endless. It's measurable, flexible and when used in the right way, it really wows. As I've moved jobs, I've brought Page Tiger into new businesses and they've all been blown away by the functionality and impact that can be created, very quickly and for an incredibly moderate price. The support from [sensitive content hidden] and team has always been incredible and the CSMs have always been helpful, polite and well-informed.

Pros

It's so impactful - you can choose to use templates or go your own way and create documents which are truly bespoke to your needs. It's incredibly easy to use - it's not as complex as design tools in the Abode suite.It's measurable - you can see the impact your docs have made.It's secure - there's a range of security options that you can apply to keep you docs safe.It's flexible - you can change anything and everything to your needs and create something that is truly bespoke.

Cons

My only small wish is to be able to draw tables into docs (you can do this in pop-ups) but this is easily remedied with some lateral thinking.

Interactive Content

It's allowed me to transfer our historic content and update/modernise. Any issues I have come across have been resolved quickly by the customer care team, as well as having the opportunity for 1-1 zoom calls to navigate any creative issues.

Pros

I use Page Tiger to create Product Knowledge modules for our business and therefore need a mix of interactive elements form text, imagery, video and quiz functionality. This gives allows me to cater to the teams different learning styles when creating content.

Cons

It would be great to get some more enhancement's on the gamification elements given it's a great platform from an L&D perspective.

Website Content management

Once you learn the concept of PageTiger, such as versions and Documents. It starts to make sense. The menu system can be used to really make your site look customized. The AI video generator is pretty cool also.

Incredible tool that will give you an alternative to dry and boring presentations!

Easy, cost effective and has changed how we communicate.

Pros

I have used PT for years now and introduced it to my current organisation when I moved roles. It's a brilliant tool for anyone in any capacity. I personally use this for recruitment and marketing materials however it can be applied to anything. The ease of use and great customer service and training teams make it incredibly simple to get the hang of. Customer service is super quick and friendly.

Cons

There's nothing I dislike at the moment!

Sleek digital docs from onboarding and throughout the employee lifecycle

We've been using PageTiger for several years, having initially selected the product to enable us to create personalised digital materials for onboarding. Colleague feedback has been brilliant - not only are documents personalisable with TigerKits but we're able to integrate interactive content, forms, digital signatures in a really user friendly way. We now use PageTiger for the majority of our people documents using them to share important information about how we do things, about our teams and as toolkits for our managers which enable them to learn in a way that works best for them.

Pros

Our in house creative team designed custom templates for us to use to ensure that all our materials are impactful and adaptable to different devices. The ease of editing as a user is brilliant and really intutive, with a huge breadth of options for embedding engaging media.

Cons

Some of the text editing can be a bit clunky, and it's frustrating not be able to undo actions (plus remembering to save edited documents!).

Excellent support provided by [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]

It's not the software its the payment process. It is awful. Since October 2019 we have been trying to resolve paying Page Tiger with little or no response until [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] came along and resolved the problem straight away.

We received countless emails regarding what we apparently owed by the support team email address but a lot of the invoices made no sense. I spent half a day trying to work out what we owed an then once i had sorted it no one from Page Tiger returned by emails except [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] who is super helpful, friendly and a credit to Page Tiger as a new manager.

We essentially needed one invoice for 30/32 users instead of 10 different invoices and not all of them made sense. We've eventually received this invoice, but the support team never responded to our emails sent throughout this year and kept sending unneccary emails; which wasted our time.

I wouldnt be surprised if you were owed more money because the system doesn't stop people from creating an account without a PO number. What you should do is turn off the invoice notifications and when anyone is set up, create an invoice for 30 licenses await the PO number (which confirms payment has been approved) then the users should be added. Otherwise you have no way of monitorying this.

Despite [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] background, she listens to all of your concerns and takes these onboard in order to provide excellent customer service. She's also very easy to work with. Thanks for sorting our issues :)

Pros

My colleagues advise me the software is relatively easy to use and the finished result looks great.

Cons

How the invoices are automated from the system and you cannot stop these emails being sent to the main account holder. There should be an option in place to turn off automated invoices and someone manually work this out. There is no surviellance on users so I expect your team have no idea whats owed to them.

Easy to teach yourself how to use, great interactivity options, value for money

Pros

I really enjoy that the design and interactivity features are now both in the same place. It makes using the software more efficient and takes less time to create new publications.

Cons

I think the reporting could be more specific to each client and the needs they may have. We use employee number, but having to type in the number and then the 'fake' email address in the search bar just adds more work. It would be great if the search bar could search for anything within the employee number, not just exact. Ability to change the name of a publication group, we created one, but during the design the name changed. You do not have the ability to change the publication group name at this time. The navigation has improved, but I feel there are still improvements to be made. For example, when I go into an issue to see a report, when I hit back it brings into an area with graphs, but I have to go back to the home page to get into a different issue within the publication.

Outstanding product, impeccable customer service

I find Pagetiger to be an outstanding, environmentally-friendly alternative to our formerly printed and often laminated brochures - with easy to manage, interactive functionalities that make it a snap to provide the level of information our customers need.

Pros

Flexible, user-friendly, allows you to create attractive, interactive resources with minimal hassle.

Cons

This is quite minor, but the software requires all of the pages of your pdf to be exactly the same size, and the images in our documents periodically cause problems during the upload phase. Fortunately, the customer service is so outstanding that the resolution of any problem has always been quick and painless - and how many companies can boast of that?

We use Page Tiger mainly for L&D - we started creating brochures, but also using for e-learning

Pros

It's ease of use - after basic training, you can use it for many different purposes- we now use it to create customisable e-learning modules, and we've had great comments from staff on its engaging software and ease of use. Great customer service too - any queries are quickly dealt with, with excellent response and support from the team.

Cons

Not a criticism per se, but as we use it for e-learning, it would be nice to have more intiutive reporting systems. Also, it would be great for our users to write comments in the 'more information' screen - rather than having to rely on an external site. But these are minor suggestions - overall very happy with the product.

Pros

It is really easy to use and takes very little training to get started. Even so the support available in getting started is excellent and events organised by Page Tiger are definitely worth attending.
The types and styles available are pretty comprehensive so that you can use it for every type of interactive document you would want to create.
I would say the best thing about Page Tiger is that they've managed to get the balance just right between making something easy to use, yet still able to produce really polished looking, interactive end results . Even a beginner with basic IT skills can produce high quality, branded publications using it.

Cons

The formatting limitations to keep it simple and conform to content conventions can be frustrating but we understand why they are necessary.
Reporting a forgotten password via the link on the log in screen rarely works for us and we have to contact support rather than getting sent it automatically.

Pros

The ease of use and the ready to use templates makes it quick and easy to use. The ease of uploading your own images is great.

Cons

If you are not an advanced user the rigidness of the templates. Its good though if you have experience and create from a blank template.

Using PageTiger has allowed us to produce professional and interactive e-learning materials.

I would recommend this software to anyone wishing to make interactive publications. We are using it as the platform for our in-house learning software and it is working really well.

Pros

Once you get the hang of PageTiger it is possible to develop material really quickly, even with no prior experience of publishing, graphic design etc. There is enough flexibility within the software to make publications that are really quite bespoke. I can spend my time thinking about the content and what it should convey rather than trying to get the content on the page. It is so much better than the static approach we used previously.

Cons

It would be great if Page Tiger had some functionality to add sketches or drawings. At the moment all images, whether photographs or a simple line drawing have to be imported in. There is a good choice of icons to use however.

It provides exactly what I need when I need it

Pros

Flexibility to use as much or as little as I want. The support team is excellent - always friendly and helpful. Support information covers everything and is easy to understand.

Cons

It would be helpful if publications could be downloaded by readers but I can't really think of any negatives as I have never had any problems.

My experience has been wonderful, its a great and unique tool.

Communicate info to employees in an exciting and engaging way, and ability the track views on pagetiger documents.

Pros

Its different that anything I've seen before. It is simple and easy to use. It can be used for a variety of things, communication, marketing, learning, onboarding etc.

Cons

Requires training to fully utilise the system... but what system doesn't? also slightly expensive when using pagetiger's marketing team to fully design a bespoke template.

My Review

Pros

I use this software for our onboarding booklet. It is really helpful and saves my time a lot. No more printed papers, a lot easier for younger generations who are accustomed with smartphones and technologies. A little bit difficult for older generations though.

Cons

I cannot access my account from a different computer. They will send you an email and you need to access your account through the link they sent you. Problem is sometimes I am using a computer with a different account, so the Outlook email will not be mine (for ex. my colleague start the computer with her account, which will make me unable to access my email account from that computer).

Thank you for your comments.
To ensure the security of customer data we have to verify each user before they login from an unknown computer. And logins cannot be shared. Again, it's all about security in a digital world.
However, we're planning to meet with your global team to look at how we can streamline global systems for 2019 to allow more user logins.
