All packages include Marketo Engage’s core marketing automation capabilities and native CRM integrations with our Growth package designed competitively  priced for low maturity customers. Our Select package includes more advanced reporting and analytics, basic attribution and event and webinar marketing. Our 3rd tier package, Prime, includes everything in Select plus Target Account Management (ABM), Predictive Audiences (AI), Adv Journey Analytics, Workspaces \&amp; Partitions, Sandbox and more Interactive Webinars capacity. Our Ultimate package includes all of that along with Marketo Measure and Prime version of Dynamic Chat. Adobe does not require customers to move up to the next package tier to get more advanced functionality but do incent them with built-in discounts.  Customers can customize each package with add-ons of specific features or capacity (e.g. more API calls). We offer performance tiers of our Prime and Ultimate packages (e.g. Prime Performance, Prime Performance Plus and same for Ultimate). These performance packages offer our more advanced Enterprise customers higher email throughput, faster operational workflows and overall better performance at scale through a variety of performance-boosting technologies and dedicated infrastructure. &#10;All packages are sold as yearly or multi-year licenses and are priced based on contact database size. Most value add-on capabilities are priced based on contact database size while a few are priced base on other value levers, such as Sales Insight, for ex., which is priced based. Adobe also offers a program called Pangea, which is Adobe's flexible consumption, single metric contracting model that gives customers the ability to leverage a bucket of credits (or interactions) across any of their licensed Adobe products throughout the term of the contract.

> **Pros**: Unlike with competitors like Hubspot and Pardot, users are not limited in the ways they may approach program and campaign administration. Adobe continues to put resources into improving its add-ons and compatibilities. Marketo serves as our central center for all of our marketing efforts, and we're working to integrate Adobe and other natively linked products in the near future.

> **Cons**: Marketo is harder to compete with because of all the moving parts it has. There is also a learning curve associated with making the most of Marketo. Marketo requires a dedicated staff member in order to function properly.

The quality of reports must increase. Email layout and scripting are two areas that might use a lot more work. > **Pros**: Marketo  has some of the greatest email marketing tools I've used, including an intuitive email editor and the option to try out dynamic content. It also provides thorough information on your email's deliverability. In fact, consumers may be graded and scored so that they can be researched and analyzed by different departments, making it a great choice for customer management. The software has a straightforward layout and is comfortable to use. In particular, I'd like to call attention to the reports, as we are able to provide individualized information on the job that is being carried out, and how they may be supplemented by social networks for the purpose of running marketing campaigns with a calendar option and webinars.

> **Cons**: Though I believe Marketo Engage to be the most comprehensive and best-suited solution for businesses today, I believe there is always potential for growth in features like connectivity with Salesforce, and I also believe that we need tutorials. > **Pros**: It is extremely powerful. But as Spider-Man says, with great power comes great responsibility. You definitely want someone who knows what they're doing managing this thing.

> **Cons**: Relatively high cost of ownership. I'd suggest it's best for enterprises or marketing requirements that call for very sophisticated automation. It's not easy for end users to do much self-service, so you'll definitely need an admin with experience. And depending on your workload one or multiple ops specialists up to an entire team.

> We rolled it out 3 years ago and have been very happy with it. There's been some frustration in the business at the turn-around time on Marketing Ops requests, but that's more of a staffing issue and because of the fact that it's not very easy for an end user to just jump in and setup a campaign on their own. If you have good permissions management, use of templates, and at least some experienced admin support it can be an extremely powerful and effective tool. It's not for the faint of heart.
