> **Pros**: La qualité du service client et la fluidité de la collaboration avec l’équipe DATALUMNI nous ont permis de rapidement concevoir notre annuaire et le mettre en place. Entre la contractualisation et l’atteinte de la vitesse de croisière, il s’est écoulé exactement le temps indiqué par DATALUMNI sur le rétroplanning. Nous notons aussi le dynamisme de l’équipe technique qui apporte régulièrement des améliorations de toute nature (technique, visuelle, …) renforçant l’expérience utilisateur et administrateur. Nous avons atteint rapidement des taux d’activation élevés, avec un usage régulier de la plate-forme par nos adhérents.

> **Cons**: Les statistiques sont moins significatives pour nous car nombre d’anciens n’est pas adhérent et n’a pas de compte. Le suivi de cohorte ne peut donc pas, dans notre cas particulier, être réalisé avec Datalumni mais cela tient bien à notre contexte propre.

> **Pros**: franchement tout...&#10;j'ai connu DATALUMNI car c'est la plateforme qu'utilise l'Ecole (ISTC Lille) qui m'a diplômée. &#10;la job board = super simple d'utilisation et renforce le sentiment d'appartenance des alumni qui se sentent privilégiés face à ces offres exclusives. &#10;le chat = outil de com favori pour tous les alumni &#10;la cvthèque = qui permet à nos entreprises partenaires de sélectionner eux même leurs futures pépites (gain de temps pour les chargés de relations entreprises)&#10;le blog = permet d'animer sans effort la communauté
