> **Pros**: Central management console to manage group and applying users to use these groups and the off-line access to documents in the field

> **Cons**: limited to views of users which can be exported - there is good methods to see it in the console

> We have been using this since 2012 and have been able to meet our contractor requirements for our field crews to have access to Network Standards in an off-line mode.

As with all software, they need to updated and with changes in iOS, sometimes things happen and things no longer work as expected, but Colligo has responded to get the issue sorted and it gives confidence in the product.

> **Pros**: It's ability to synch by view as we do not use folders, and synching the whole library would be too time consuming
> 
> **Cons**: Sometimes the database crashes (rare) and requires a full install and resynch to get going again. Also initial synch is about 40 GB (various libraries) and prestaging this on a new PC would be very convenient
> 
> Very positive, we have over 300 active users and very few reported issues.
