We've been able to gather over a 1000 reviews for products on our site over the past couple of years. > > **Cons**: The first major issue is the user interface. Making modifications to automation flows, email styling, etc is not particularly intuitive. You can't actually test whether certain functionality is working unless you pass a test order through your production site. The product also hasn't improved significantly over the past couple of years.
