Great Software that keeps getting better
We use Fulfil as an ERP system to run our business.
Pros
Fulfil is an incredible software system that helps run businesses. One of the best parts about the software is that it is very comprehensive and can run many parts of your business. We love the multiple channel support needed for selling products in multiple places and channels. The support is incredible and they push updates regularly via the cloud so there is no server maintenance on the customer end. From inventory, to purchasing, to financials, Fulfil is a system worth looking into.
Cons
We started working with the company when the software was fairly new. We had a lot of UI challenges and things that just did not work at first. However, the company was very responsive and either fixed the issues or gave us a workaround.

Immature and Overpriced
It was terrible. Save yourself the headache. Various systems have the same functionality, cost less, and are easier to use. I generally do not take the trouble to review software, but I really want to warn other small businesses about how bad our experience was so they don't have to repeat our mistake.
We have since migrated to a new platform and are much happier.
Pros
There were no pros. Every other IMS and ERP I've come into contact with has been better.
Cons
We switched to Fulfil.io in January 2021. They did not have a sandbox environment for testing, but the demonstrations looked reasonable and appeared to have functionally we needed (POs, accounting, multi-country fulfillment).
The team at fulfil regularly pushed updates that changed or broke functionality, and did this without warning.
It was incredibly hard to use, requiring you to navigate to several different pages and link them all in order to do something basic, like add freight costs. It also lacked basic functionality, such as reports showing avg freight costs by sku.
One day, we had to halt operations because fulfil pushed hundreds of canceled orders from years past into fulfillment.
When we contacted support (initially— customer support did improve) we were told that the reason the system wasn’t working was because we didn’t understand e-commerce, despite being in business for ten years and successfully using other software. We were told this instead of being helped through whatever issues we were facing.
The accountants I worked with (successful consultants with years of global experience) could not make heads or tails of the reports that came out— ex: COGS for certain skus would change several times a day, even when we didn’t receive any POs or returns. Thus, we couldn’t trust the inventory reports.
You can get better software for a third of the price (cin7 is one example). Everyone I work with regrets having made the switch.

I am very happy with the ease of use with the application.
Pros
The ability to customize what you want out of your website and production management with out having to to do major over hauls like some products require.
Cons
Not many things at all, but most of them will go away when we go to a web bases portal. I think the streaming video process is the hardest.
