> **Pros**: Piattaforma per la somministrazione di test online linguistici e non solo.&#10;Facilissima da utilizzare in quanto tutte le funzionalità sono molto intuitive.&#10;Catalogo dei test veramente ampio: test di inglese/francese/tedesco/spagnolo/italiano/cinese/russo/etc.&#10;Tutti i test sono adattivi: solo 30 domande (invece delle solite70/100 domande degli altri test utilizzati finora) per individuare con precisione il livello iniziale dei nostri studenti\!

A ns. volta riceviamo riscontri e valutazioni complessivamente valide e complete. E' un buon metodo per valutare le risorse a seconda delle loro caratteristiche personali/professionali in modo da poter fare una selezione iniziale più veloce senza sottoporre da subito al colloquio.

> **Cons**: Le mail che ricevono i candidati spesso vengono inserite nello spam oppure ignorate dall'utenza. Il testo della mail dovrebbe essere più accattivante e chiaro nel cosa si sta sottoponendo.
