It would be an improvement, if technical could jump onto your machine quicker rather than using chat. Now, it's going from ease of use in one area, and then having it more clunky in another (this document automation, Java Script, Workflows etc). Tasks sitting outside of LEAP and that the new creations like Pathways, Matter Issues, AI Paralegal are not all planned to meet in one location with the tasks from the outset.
