> **Pros**: The best feature of this software are the preprogramed behavior programs and objectives.

> **Cons**: At times inputted information is not saved and the data entry is not friendly if you are entering data from other days. It does not allow you to edit data. This is necessary at time due to the fact that there may be errors in "real time" data entry.

> Our use of Rethink has been positive, however at times it takes quite some time to communicate via telephone with representatives. I feel customer service representatives and the overall program are responsive to concerns and each individual suggestion is taken into consideration as though they are your personal programmer.

I also appreciated the accessibility of resources and the ability for team members to collaborate within one centralized system. I also like and appreciate the security features including secure data storage and protected access to client information, which helped maintain confidentiality and compliance standards.

> **Cons**: What I liked least about RethinkBH was that the platform could feel overwhelming and not very user-friendly at times. Navigating between programs, session notes, and data collection tools often required too many steps, which slowed down workflow during sessions.

> **Pros**: There was not much to like, everything looks and sounds great during the demos, can be tailored for exactly what you need. When it sounds too good to be true...... App is useless, customer service is well below minimum standards.

> **Cons**: If you are a practice owner considering this software, I highly recommend proceeding with extreme caution regarding their billing and auto-renewal practices.&#10;Months before our contract was set to renew, our practice explicitly initiated a request to downsize our subscription tier. We followed up multiple times, but their team provided vague responses and failed to finalize the modification. Then, shortly after the auto-renewal date passed, we were abruptly informed that because the deadline had lapsed, 'nothing could be done,' effectively trapping us at the higher, unneeded rate.&#10;When we sent formal written notices disputing the renewal and highlighting their failure to process our timely request, the company completely stopped communicating. We received zero response to our dispute. Instead of engaging to resolve the issue, their automated billing system began aggressively targeting our payment methods. Even after we explicitly revoked authorization, their system attempted to process charges for thousands of dollars over half a dozen times in a single day.&#10;We ultimately had to work directly with our bank to block the persistent, unauthorized charge attempts.

> Extremely poor.  A reliable clinical software vendor needs to operate in good faith and communicate transparently. Based on our experience, this company stalls downsizing requests to force auto-renewals, ignores formal disputes, and relies on aggressive automated collection tactics. I strongly advise other practice owners to look elsewhere for vendor infrastructure.

> **Pros**: Self billing is pretty easy through Tebra. It meets all of our basic needs. For any advanced needs I'm able to export data and build my own custom applications.

> **Cons**: 1) UI is outdated. 2) Occasional downtime disrupts work 3) No live RBT supervision tracking 4) Frequent mobile app sync issues 5) Appointment list lacking basic filters 6) No ability to export custom data 7) Built-in scheduling weak unless paying more $ for theradriver or analytics

> Overall pretty happy. I would give it a 7/10. A lot of your competitors are coming out with features that are built-in to their core product while ReThink keeps their focus on their integration partners. Seems like little attention on developing your core product.

> **Pros**: The customer support is amazing. They are quick and do whatever they can to help you solve your problem.&#10;&#10;The patient management and staff management is also pretty simple to maintain and teach others.
> 
> **Cons**: Creating reports is difficult. Even with training, it isn't an easy task and almost always requires their support people to step in and complete it for you. &#10;&#10;Certain tasks are extremely simple but also EXTREMELY time consumong. For example, you have to enter each staff members credentials, groups, etc one at a time which can take 30 mins wheb setting up a new staff member in the system.
