There is a learning curve that comes with any software that is newly introduced to an Educational Institution. Once the user becomes acclimated with Educate, the system is straight forward in obtaining or entering information. It is easy to navigate as the Dashboard layout offers many types of daily used information at a glance. The other area I really appreciate is the support team. They are excellent in service and follow up. The support alone is one of the most important reasons our school appreciates the Educate SIS. > > **Cons**: I cannot say that there is anything we dislike as many of the areas we would like to see added would fall under customization to our school community. > > Educate has been a huge leap over our previous SIS. The ease of use is probably the most notable feature.
