Our Redzone coach was invaluable during the initial Productivity module rollout and as we added the Quality and Reliability Modules. Throughout our time with Redzone he has been a great resource any time we need help configuring a data sheet, training operators on the basics of how to use Redzone, walking our middle and upper management team through how to look at the data we are getting from Redzone and make informed decisions, and many other situations. We have eliminated forests of paperwork from our process and made many of our Quality and Operator checks and processes much more efficient.

> **Cons**: The chat features are fine for Operator level employees but almost all other  employees prefer to use Teams. Creating new centerlines and data sheets can be a bit of a slog at times.

> Redzone has been a huge benefit to our organization. It has enabled us to get better data during and after our runs and make quicker, more informed decisions. We have gained tighter control over production quality, improved our communication between departments and across all shifts, and seen Operators develop into Supervisors and beyond, all stemming from the use of Redzone.

> **Pros**: - There is a general ease of use for frontline workers and the transparency for associates to communicate with other departments and management. &#10;- The Web Admin makes working in the system easier and more efficient.&#10;- The Community created with Bootcamps and Workshops. It is incredibly beneficial to work with other companies and see how they utilize the software; they are also a wonderful opportunity to learn about new functions or find new ways to use current functions. &#10;- Coaching team of \[sensitive content hidden\] have been undoubtedly beneficial in our current successful changes. Extremely knowledgeable and what they don't know they work to find out.

> **Cons**: - The number of glitches through software updates - every time a new update is rolled out it causes issues in other areas. &#10;- Whenever support uploads either a new or updated characteristic to our items, other characteristics end up changed causing checks to fail that were fine before an update. This had caused us to choose to spend the time changing characteristics item by individual item instead of the mass upload.&#10;- Whenever we enable a new module, it causes problems with the previous modules. &#10;- Sending an email to support with a problem, then being told to check Knowledge Base, and having the ticket closed when the situation isn't resolved is infuriating.

> At the beginning, I was not looking forward to this software. The training and support we received was disjointed and incomplete. While it is impossible to learn all there is about RZ within a couple weeks of training, the training sessions and other interactions were less than pleasant. &#10;The way our original training was conducted did not necessarily create the best environment. After our initial rollouts, the continued support was also lacking. &#10;&#10;However, since Redzone/QAD has restructured and continued developing modules, even with the system hiccups, it has gotten better. &#10;&#10;Working with a new set of coaches and attending workshops and bootcamps have made a huge difference. Coach \[sensitive content hidden\] has been absolutely instrumental in helping change our culture. She has successfully been able to get managers, supervisors, operators, and other associates not only involved and using the app regularly, but actively happy to be using it. Her ability to adapt her training style from strict to humorous while continually moving the training forward with honesty (even when there's a glitch) is refreshing and makes the training fast paced and productive.
