Search feature works great
Pros
We get a huge number of applications and so being able to easily search every CV for certain keywords can be a quick way to filter and cut down to a manageable number to get through, which you can then easily bulk download.
Cons
Nothing really, except that it might be nice to have a single HR app, so to do leave requests through this app as well, I don't know if jazz can do this but we use different software for leave.

Just implemented but thinking of changing
Their service has gotten better but i think we need to try a different system.
Pros
easy to use, inexpensive for what you get
Cons
reporting, the offer letter tokens can not be changed so you have to substitute tokens that are not titled correctly. very messy and makes the whole process frustrating
Reasons for Choosing JazzHR
As frustrating as JazzHR is, it is much better than ADP Workforce Now. ADP's product is terrible as an ATS, no searching, no workflows, very cumbersome.Switched From

I will NEVER recommend this company to an enemy even!!
I have been beyond overwhelmed! I am trying to hire for my business and pay a price then get blocked on all the boards and they refuse to help, refuse to give me my money back and even though I am on month to month contract they took my money AGAIN! So I am supposed to pay for NO HIRES?
Pros
The initial customer service was good but after that it was all bad.
Cons
They gave me one price then they blocked my jobs and I didn't get anymore candidates. I reached out for help and was told to watch videos. I told them I was done with their service and I wanted a refund. They refused to do it then they took my money AGAIN!!

Simplify your entire hiring process
It's been a great experience. The tool has free'd up a lot of time in our team we were not utilizing. It is definitely a tool worth investigating if you are on the market for something new and modern!
Pros
Their pricing is transparent and every plan (including the basic hero plan) has unlimited users. They also have one click posting to dozens of different free and paid job boards. They also have plenty of integrations with different tools like Monster and Zenefits that automate workflows and reduce the amount of heavy lifting required
Cons
The learning curve can be steep at first considering the amount of features, but with tutorials and time it gets easier.

Love using JazzHR
JazzHR is a powerful and user-friendly ATS that simplifies the recruitment process. It is particularly well-suited for small to medium-sized businesses looking for an affordable and effective solution to manage their hiring needs.
Pros
User friendly, easy to navigate, easy to make changes in your templates and other recruitment tools. Is a great ATS for smaller organizations.
Cons
JazzHR is primarily an ATS and does not offer the full suite of human resources information system (HRIS) functionalities

Terrible to leave
DO NOT RECOMMEND! They are okay at their job at best and very difficult to leave.
Pros
Like normal, in the beginning they are all sunshines and roses. I would give it a 6-7 on finding applicants
Cons
Leaving...we were moving to a new service. I left VM's and emails saying I wanted to cancel. I own several businesses' and when a client wants to leave we never hold them hostage, or try to squeeze out one more billing period etc. I called multiple times, left emails telling them I was leaving. After jumping through their hoops I missed one line on the email that basically said, "are you really sure? "(Yeah, I thought to myself, I am really sure after telling you 5 TIMES already) Email us back. After responding to them saying I missed this part of the email can you please just retroactive to the original date that I notified them I wanted to leave they basically told me to pound sand. It's just a crappy way to do business especially for this low price point.

JazzHR Review
Overall, my experience with JazzHR was positive. It significantly improved our recruitment processes by centralizing candidate management and automating manual tasks. The platform's integration with various job boards and its resume parsing capabilities saved us time and allowed us to reach a wider pool of qualified candidates. Although there were some areas for improvement, JazzHR provided a solid foundation for our hiring needs and helped us effectively manage our talent acquisition efforts.
Pros
One of the aspects I liked most about JazzHR was its user-friendly interface and intuitive recruitment workflow. Navigating through the platform was smooth and straightforward, making it easy to manage and track candidates throughout the hiring process. The ability to customize job postings, collaborate with team members, and access comprehensive candidate profiles all in one place greatly streamlined our recruitment efforts.
Cons
One thing I liked least about JazzHR was the limited reporting and analytics features. While the platform provided basic reporting capabilities, it lacked more advanced analytics and data visualization tools. Having more in-depth insights into our recruitment metrics and the ability to generate customizable reports would have been beneficial for analyzing our hiring performance and making data-driven decisions.

They do not have the customer's best interest. Please be careful before signing on with them.
Pros
It would post jobs on Indeed. It used to have better results, but they did not replace of the job boards down the road. It's not worth it now.
Cons
Lacked the ability to do more for the customer and training was not the best. The account manager was very careful and sneaky with her words. The service had changed and there were no updates when the job boards had changed, but the prices were still the same.

Glitchy product for job postings with inadequate customer support
The inability to update job descriptions was untenable. Customer support was hit or miss. They'd usually respond quickly, but they often couldn't help. Also frustrating that they charge extra for minimum functionality like reporting.
Pros
The UI was nice, and my interview team liked the ability to use the interview guides with note taking while they were talking with candidates.
Cons
Once you've published job postings to Indeed, LinkedIn, and other boards, you cannot update the posting. This is completely unreasonable and unrealistic.

Software architecture is deeply flawed, still overall pretty user friendly & effective at good...
It has helped us effectively hire record number of new employees. It keeps us well organized and does what an ATS is supposed to do relatively well.
Pros
The price is good for a mediocre ATS that does the basics well at keeping candidates and jobs organized. The email templates are fully functional. Candidate profiles are pretty well organized, except across jobs. Job cloning and posting process is pretty smooth.
It operates fast and rarely has technical issues. They have made some improvements based upon our suggestions, but it took a long time and was like pulling teeth to see any progress.
Cons
Candidate notes/comments/discussion cannot be seen across different jobs or even instances of jobs.
Customer and candidate support costs extra to interact via phone, otherwise only internet form submission is required to resolve issues.
Overpromised and underdelivered features, functionality, and continuous development speed.
Not very customizable. Poorly designed. New and updated features are poorly beta-tested before release and not well thought out from a user perspective.
Changes to Workflow templates, stages, and disposition reasons cannot easily be cloned across all of them at once, meaning you need to edit many different templates individually.
Task automation features exist, but are poorly designed sometimes.

It's simply Jazztastic.
When I joined The VSI Team I came to know this little tool that I had never seen before, it had an awesome UI, and an UX so smooth that I just felt like I was surfing through my workflows, literally surfing... I can sit and talk about the features Jazz offers like its automated customizable workflows, e-docs, ease of integration with other platforms like HackerRank, the Crod module which instantly gives you benchmarks to compare your performance, etc. But if I had to pick one single area where Jazz adds the greatest value is Candidate Experience. Granted, your Candidate Experience depends heavily on how your recruitment team operates, but Jazz significantly helps making life easier for your Talent Acquisition team by improving their response time, their abilities to stay in touch with candidates, simplifying their tasks, . As you know, today Talent Brand and Candidate Experience are factors that heavily influence how the talent market perceives us, this is specially true if we're talking about Tech Companies, and Jazz can be a valuable ally in managing your Talent Acquisition process to deliver the best service. Oh, did I mention our Hiring Managers love it? Oh and the support team rock!
Cons
The only drawback is in the reporting capabilities, it's missing some dashboards and the ability to keep track of your metrics, but I know from a good source that is about to change in Q1 2017.

HR Director
My experience has been very positive. Once we purchased JazzHR, my sales rep was still present along the onboarding process. He didn't ditch us and made sure that we were connected to all the right people to work out any issues or questions we had. I will also say that we didn't have many issues in transition. We demo the system for a little bit and once our decision was made, it was just a matter of making our posting page with JazzHR live on our site. The company is very responsive to email and chat sessions.
Pros
This system is so easy to use. It's intuitive and allows for recruiting flow to be developed and followed consistently. The system also does a great job of bridging the gap of communication between the manager and the HR team. The discussion feature allows for real-time follow up along with the ability to store and contain all pertinent information regarding the status of a candidate in the hiring process. It's this feature that allows me to pick up where my talent acquisition manager has left off so that we can continue the hiring process as smoothly and seamlessly as possible. For a small HR team, this is critical. We no longer stress about taking vacations or getting sick. We now have a system that will allow us to cover for each other. This is by far the best feature about the system and the reason a company should seriously consider purchasing JazzHR.
Cons
I would just like to have a few more options as far as access levels for different people that might be apart of the interviewing/hiring process. However, I know that this is something that they are working on for future use. I would also love to have a mobile app so that my remote managers that travel a lot, can access candidates on their phone and reply to a candidate while sitting at the airport without pulling out their computers.

Happy Customer! Much improved based upon feedback. No unresolved major issues or complaints.
JazzHR has come a long way. Now that they've been taking client feedback and suggestions very seriously, I can't complain. New features and improvements are popping up every week. The annoying user experience issues that I have dealt with previously are near completely gone and this ATS makes my job a lot easier. Their development team has done a great job and they've done much better testing to prevent unexpected bugs. Recruiting with JazzHR is highly automated and enjoyable.
Pros
JazzHR is easy to use and allows customized automation, enabling us to hire a massive number of candidates efficiently.
Cons
Canned application questions wording still can't be edited per client company.

Best tool for hiring and track applicants.
Incredible! Is the easiest talent management tool I have ever used.It is simple and does it purpose as expected. It has done hiring and application tracking much more easier.
Pros
Easy to use it.User-friendly platform.Hiring is easier.Documentation submitted is ordered.Information submitted by the applicants is always ordered.
Cons
It does not avoid/detect spam, we usually get more than 1 application, and sometimes is annoying since we may get confused or mix processes when not actioned or deleted the duplicated applications on time.

Your Customizable Hiring Platform - Everything You Need
Cost effective, Time-saving, user friendly and helps you keep track of the candidates in progress. Their support team is quick at responses and resolutions. the best thing about Jazz HR is that they receive resumes from quite a few job boards and present them to you on one platform.
Pros
Jazz HR is customizable to great lengths to give you the exact result you need. It helps create a job to specifically mention what is needed to qualify with the set questions you can place for applicants to answer if they decide to apply to the job. the best part is that Jazz HR does the segregation to see who qualifies and then gives us a list of just the resumes that are a match. The access to templates and workflow is also a huge bonus. They also provide you the option onboard and complete everything with esignatures so its all paperless.
Cons
When the pros also become the cons - you get resumes that are a fit but the response is always overwhelmingly high. You have to go over the bulk resumes that qualify. The platform offers a huge set of features that may get confusing and not give you the desired result unless setup correctly which could be a draw back. Also the API can be limiting when it comes to in-house integration.

Not the best for small companies
Initially great. Automatic renewal is the only option allowed. They claim to have sent a reminder email but if they truly did it went to junk or spam. Then when the draft came out and I tried to cancel, I could not talk to a live person. Anyone I talked to "wasn't in that department and would forward my info to the correct department." Which got me an email but just reminded me that cancellation took a 30 day notice and no refunds would be given. Maybe this platform is good for big companies that constantly have jobs to post. But as a small company with only one opening to post, it was a costly error to use this platform as I ended up paying 2 years of membership fees to post one job and didn't even hire anyone from this platform.
Pros
Creating my job was easy and it posted multiple places at once.
Cons
Candidates weren't any more likely to actually show for interviews than those who had applied via Facebook.

Headache Free!
Time-saving, and headache reducer. We'd highly recommend!
Pros
This software is great for both applicant and employer. I know when I've applied for jobs, I've had my complaints with the application system, and as an employer - I love to make that experience as streamlined and headache-free as possible.
You have the ability to pre-screen w/ a few questions - that can weed out candidates who don't have the required prereqs- and has given us more-qualified candidates as a result. Always great to have less throw-away resumes to weed through. I'm all for anything that makes our jobs easier here.
Cons
We haven't needed the premium support, but if we did we are not currently paying for it. Just one thing to think about.

JazzHR Software proves an integral tool in identifying and acquiring new talent
Our company work requires applicants with specific skill sets in working with Cryptographic technologies to include Block chain ledgers and control platforms. As a result it can be difficult to find
and qualify competitive applicants. Since we began using Jazz HR , we have found a new and useful
tool in our discovery process. Over just a few months our hire retention rates have increased and our
time cycles to train are greatly reduced. Finally, the quality of talent is improving as a direct result of using this software. We are excited to continue its use and happy to recommend it to human resource departments for companies small to moderate size.
Pros
The highly configurable tools in this software allow for in an depth discovery and qualification for potential applicants. Such tools include question and answer templates . Answers then can be
analyzed and even rated for accuracy. This application can also assist in logistics such as in helping to
scheduling meetings for review during a hiring process. There is a companion application for mobile devices which allow for seamless communication from fellow workers to share their reflections and ideas on a potential hire. There are as well options to leverage social networking sites to discover potential new talent as well.
Cons
The only real negative we can highlight would be in the area of support for the product itself. If your team
works late hours as we do , they can be difficult to reach. This is a minor inconvenience largely out weighed by the many benefits of this HR software.

Easy to learn and use quickly
Keep track of candidates.
Pros
Easy to learn and use quickly. Easy to rate candidates and share information with stakeholders. Also easy to set up questionnaires/homework for candidates. Allows for customization to use the language your company uses.
Cons
Moving candidates to new positions. Easy to do but notes don't follow candidates. Also doesn't allow you to delete the previous application which is needed often. At times, we may repost a job and would like to move candidates and their notes without having two files.

Over the years that I have used Jazz, they have consistently delivered a positive experience.
Pros
It is easy to use and fairly intuitive. Also, depending on what what your recruiting need are, you can purchase upgraded plans that offer more functionality.
Cons
Only con I can think off is wishing that for months you did not need Jazz that it could be put on "hold" without being charged. With the current model you have to pay for the entire year.
