If you have your own SOP, the blank canvas and the template editor let you shape it however you want, down to the layout and the wording. On site, you work through a structured form on your phone, tablet, or laptop. Attach photos, video, and voice notes to any component, and draw directly on a photo when a client needs to see exactly which vent you mean. Progress indicators show what is still empty, so you know you are done before you say you are done. If there is no signal, it keeps working; your work syncs on its own once you are back in range. When you publish, clients get an interactive web report they can search and browse on any device, a polished PDF, or both.
