I also like how we can easily input work orders with an included photo that emails directly to our vendors. > > **Cons**: I do not like a few things: 1. The rental toggle within the accounts when toggled on serves no purpose and renters need to register for the percentage in the Board portal to populate. I have a ticket in for this currently and it has taken the representative weeks to respond every time I email them back. Depending on renters to sign up for Enumerate to populate this field would give an unrealistic percentage if all do not sign up. The rental toggle should populate this percentage as we as management can toggle that on when we know a unit is a rental. 2. I dislike that everything is sorted alpha-numerically. It would be much easier if the sorting put things in actual order. 3. We had put a ticket in to remove Passaic Arms from our portal report that is emailed to us (I believe monthly). It is still there. There was no resolution for this issue but we no longer manage this community. > > I feel like it's overall ok but not ideal. We have considered switching and probably would have already if it wasn't such a hassle to do that.
