As we use a Magento 2 backend we needed an easy integration POS for our brick and mortar store and for the most part this is the be all and end all. > > **Cons**: Their customer service. They don't actually have customer service it's more like a representative who will answer you occassionally and will get to your problem sometime in the next six months if you are lucky. They don't understand the words URGENT or RUSH. They are disorganized and don't speak English very well. > > If the product wasn't as good as it was or there was an alternative that offered real customer support I would leave. Magestore recently started hosting our server and the cost was 1/3 of what we paid before, and the speed was double. Magestore created a very good POS for us, we had some glitches in the beginning, but they were able to resolve the issues for us. We have been using Magestore for about 3 years now, and we had many struggles with Magento. I would say 3 years in we have a very good website and POS that I am very proud of that works exceptionally well.
